CHECK IN / OUT
  • Check In: You may check in from 15:00 hours onwards.

  • Check Out: You must check out by 10:30 hours.

  • Breakfast: 8:00 - 9:30 Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 9:45 Saturday and Sunday.

NOISE

As of November 2023 we are refurbishing our rooms, due to this there may be an increase in work noise during the day time.

CANCELLATIONS

Bookings must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

We operate a 24hr cancellation policy, a refund will only be given if room/s are re-booked. A credit card is required as a guarantee.

UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS AND WE OPERATE A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY!

If you make any “special requests” or “preferences” in connection with your booking, we will try to meet them. However, we can accept no liability if we are unable to meet any “special requests” or “preferences”.
